The residents of Pine Hill, NY are thrilled to invite you to our inaugural PRIDE celebration, a joyous, vibrant, and inclusive event dedicated to celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies. Get ready to kick up your heels and shine as bright as Dolly's rhinestones!
Why Pine Hill? Why Now?
Pine Hill, a small but mighty Hamlet tucked away in the far corner of Ulster County, is a community that embraces diversity, and champions love in all its forms. This PRIDE celebration is a testament to our commitment to creating a safe and welcoming space for everyone. We're here to celebrate our unique identities, foster connection, and dance our hearts out under the Catskill sky. And what better way to do that than with a touch of Dolly Parton's legendary sparkle?
This is a celebration for everyone – LGBTQIA+ individuals, allies, families, and friends. Come as you are, ready to celebrate love, diversity, and the power of community. Let's make Pine Hill's first PRIDE a memory to cherish forever!

What started as a small but spirited impromptu march last year has grown into something even bigger. A group of enthusiastic Pine Hill community members have come together to create what we hope will become an exciting new annual tradition—Pine Hill Pride!
Set against the charming backdrop of historic Pine Hill, NY—right in the heart of the Catskills—we're throwing a celebration that’s bursting with joy, color, and community spirit. Expect great food, cold drinks, live music, DJs, drag queens, dancing, and Dolly Parton love sprinkled throughout; there will be entertainment for everyone!

Friday, July 11th – We’re kicking things off with a Comedy Show at the Belleayre Lodge, featuring local favorite Mikey Scott and headliner Danny McWilliams. The fun starts at 7:30 PM

Saturday, July 12th – The main festivities run from noon to 6 PM along Main and Elm Streets in Pine Hill.

Saturday night – Keep the good times going at our afterparty at Print House in nearby Fleischmanns.

Kanga Roo is originally from Dayton, Oregon.
Growing up there with her family on her grandpa's horse farm manifested her desire to become a drag artist in NYC, and Dolly Parton happened to be her stepping stone into the world of impersonation. Kanga loves to express joy and celebrate this icon who has been a true hero to all! This year more than ever will be a positive and inspiring celebration to remember! Pride is about uplifting voices that aren’t always heard, don’t you think Dolly would agree? See y'all there!

DJ Chauncey Dandridge has been spinning at nearly every queer bar in NYC for over 22 years, from The East Village to Brooklyn. An 11-time Glam Award nominee, he’s set the vibe for events like The Urban Bear Street Fair, Folsom Street East, and his legendary Madonna Worship Night, now in its 17th year. His parties have gone global, even hitting Lisbon during Madonna’s Madame X Tour and multiple U.S. cities for her Celebration Tour.
Since 2013, he’s been a resident DJ and tech at the iconic Stonewall Inn, spinning for drag shows, cabarets, and parties. Beyond the decks, he produces the monthly queer variety show Freak Out and has collaborated on original music, including an EP with Van Hechter and new tracks with Lynn Portas.
A passionate activist, Chauncey has supported countless fundraisers and causes, including The Imperial Court of New York and The Stonewall Inn Gives Back Initiative. He also helps produce the annual New York Dance Parade and Festival and is now joining The NYC Disorder of The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.

New York City-based DJ Mainiero has carved out a distinct landscape within the city's vibrant nightlife. With a dynamic range spanning Tech House’s driving rhythms, Electro’s pulsating energy, and New Wave's nostalgic synth melodies, Mainiero crafts sets that are both immersive and unforgettable.
His diverse sound has resonated across iconic NYC venues, including Honey and The Eagle NYC, and extended to influential spaces like the Purgatory Ptown, Porkroll, and Flockfest.
Whether igniting dance floors with deep, hypnotic grooves or transporting audiences with retro-futuristic soundscapes, Mainiero's passion for music and keen ear for seamless transitions ensure a captivating experience every time.
